EXPLORE THE

OMADA STORY

Over the next few months, we’re pulling back the curtain on what makes Omada different—the people, the partnerships, and the principles that have shaped our first decade. From our founding to the milestones we’ve reached together, this is more than a celebration. It’s a look at what we’ve built and a glimpse into what’s next.

Welcome to the Omada story—built on relationships, driven by results.

CULTURE

THE POWER OF 'WE'

Omada was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: that commercial real estate works best when collaboration comes first.

In 2016, Cam Picketts and Eric Slatter saw an opportunity to do things differently – to build a company where great people would thrive together, not apart and where collaboration wasn’t just encouraged, it was built into the company’s foundation.

“Our goal was to build an enjoyable, balanced, supportive atmosphere where business and production do not come at the sacrifice of our families or other passions.”

– Cam Picketts

Omada means team, and for us, that meaning runs deep. It’s who we are, how we show up for one another, and what sets us apart. The creation of Omada Commercial created a new kind of commercial real estate firm, a space where talented people could do their best work—supported, trusted, and connected—intentionally blending the professionalism of a big firm with the heart of a small one.

“Those early days were nerve-wracking but also overwhelmingly positive. We had faith that if we stayed true to our values and upheld a high standard of service, success would follow. When we took the leap to found Omada, 46 of our 48 clients came with us.”

– Eric Slatter

At Omada, teamwork is why we began, and how we continue to grow. From mentorship and knowledge-sharing to celebrating professional milestones and personal wins, our success continues to be powered by the people beside us.

  • Almost ten years ago, a choice was made to build something different. A commercial real estate company where people actually want to show up. Where collaboration isn't just encouraged—it's how we operate.

Omada was built on the belief that culture isn't what happens after success—it's what creates it. That collaboration beats competition. That when everyone has a voice, better decisions are made.

This is commercial real estate reimagined. Where relationships come first and 'we' is more powerful than any individual.

Swipe to see how culture becomes competitive advantage. →
