Omada was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: that commercial real estate works best when collaboration comes first.
In 2016, Cam Picketts and Eric Slatter saw an opportunity to do things differently – to build a company where great people would thrive together, not apart and where collaboration wasn’t just encouraged, it was built into the company’s foundation.

The creation of Omada Commercial created a new kind of commercial real estate firm, a space where talented people could do their best work—supported, trusted, and connected—intentionally blending the professionalism of a big firm with the heart of a small one.
