Sam Trafford

Born and raised in Calgary, Sam brings over thirteen years of commercial real estate experience, having launched his career with industry leaders at a global real estate brokerage. His work across Calgary and the surrounding region has spanned leasing, market analysis, and transaction management, with a strong focus on retail and commercial projects. Sam holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Victoria, where he also competed as a varsity rugby player.

Throughout his career, Sam has built lasting relationships with hundreds of Calgary business owners and entrepreneurs, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor who understands both the operational and financial sides of commercial real estate decisions. At Omada, Sam is focused on delivering thoughtful, results-driven counsel to landlords, tenants, and investors as the team continues to grow its commercial real estate presence across Western Canada.

Outside the office, Sam enjoys tennis, golf, and cooking, and can often be found on the sidelines coaching one of his three kids’ sports teams.
