Gavneet Cheema

Gavneet Cheema is an Associate at Omada Commercial working with the retail sales and leasing team. Since joining the team in 2023, she has played a key role in advancing transactions from early-stage research through completion. Known for her methodical approach and strong attention to detail, Gavneet manages market research, analyzes client requirements, tracks key deadlines, and coordinates client-facing communications.

Gavneet began her career at Omada as the firm’s Conveyance Officer. Through exposure to hundreds of deals each year, she developed a strong ability to recognize patterns and market trends that now help inform Omada’s clients and support strategic decision-making.

Gavneet holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta. Prior to brokerage, she gained valuable experience as a Financial Reporting Assistant with Strathcona County and an Accounting Assistant with Melcor Developments Ltd. She thrives in collaborative environments and values the energy, innovation, and problem-solving that strong teamwork brings.

Outside of work, Gavneet enjoys staying active and involved in her community through regular volunteering and industry participation, such as the BOMA Slo-Pitch Committee. She is also an avid puzzle enthusiast and enjoys dancing, a passion she has pursued for more than 15 years.
