Ben Ashworth

Ben Ashworth is an Associate with Omada Commercial. He specializes in retail sales and leasing transactions throughout Western Canada.

Ben joined Omada in 2019 starting his career as a Conveyance Officer and Research Analyst where he developed a strong foundation of market knowledge and insight into the Edmonton market. Ben is committed to a results-driven approach and takes pride in providing clients with an analytical perspective, offering market analysis, leasing strategies, site selection services, and effectively facilitating transactions.

Ben completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Alberta, majoring in Finance while completing his Real Estate Certificate, and spent time as the President of the University of Alberta Real Estate Club. Ben worked throughout school in the retail sector where he learned the fundamentals of running successful retail operations, which he has translated into his tailored customer-first skillset. Ben has a passion for real estate and the role it has in everyday life as an engaging tactical asset. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending time outside, fly fishing, hiking, and cooking.
