Eric Quach

Born and raised in Calgary, Eric has watched the city and its surrounding markets evolve — seeing new businesses emerge and others grow into community pillars. He got his start in commercial real estate on the developer side of the industry, learning everything landlords look for as they bring new developments from ideation through financial feasibility, construction, and full lease-up.

With a background in marketing, and through his time at the University of Calgary and his career since, he’s built strong relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners across the city.

When he’s not thinking about real estate, he can likely be found trying a new restaurant with his fiancée or going for long walks with their dog.
