Bronwyn Scrivens is our newest associate specializing in industrial sales and leasing. Beginning her brokerage career five years ago with Cushman & Wakefield, Bronwyn has consistently been appointed by national, international and local Tenants and Landlords as an exclusive agent to locate properties, complete lease and sale transactions and market vacancies.

She began her education at the University of Alberta School of Business before completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Facilities Management and a Major in Commercial Real Estate studies. While in New York, Bronwyn also began obtaining her Certificate in Real Estate Development through New York University, and most recently completed the NAIOP Advanced Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Development.  This education combined with her experience and relationships in Alberta have allowed her to understand a diversity of transactions and successfully provide for her clients’ needs.

Bronwyn sits on the NAIOP Edmonton Board of Directors, as well as is the Chair of the NAIOP Edmonton Developing Leaders Committee.  Through this involvement, in June 2018, she was honoured to be chosen as one of 10 leaders from across North America for the inaugural NAIOP and Prologis Diversity in Commercial Real Estate Award.  In May 2019, she was also nominated for the Canadian Outstanding Young Leader in Commercial Real Estate Award through the Canadian Real Estate Forums.
